Calming Adaptogen Latte with Reishi and Ashwagandha

This calming latte combines Reishi and ashwagandha for a drink that’s as comforting as it is beneficial. Perfect for winding down in the evening or anytime you need a moment of calm.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp Reishi mushroom powder
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in the Reishi and ashwagandha powders, cinnamon, and vanilla extract if using, until well combined.
  3. Pour the latte into a mug and add honey or maple syrup to taste, if desired.
  4. Enjoy warm and let the adaptogens work their magic on your stress levels!
