Ingredients:
- 2 cups Lion's Mane mushroom, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Salt and pepper to taste
