Ingredients:
- 2 cups Lion's Mane mushroom, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
