Daily-5 Healthy Smoothie Blend
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup spinach leaves
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 scoop Casa Shrooms Daily-5 mushroom powder blend
1 cup almond milk or any other milk of your choice
Ice cubes (optional, if you prefer a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Peel the banana and break it into smaller chunks.
Place all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired thickness.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

The Ultimate Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other milk of your choice
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 scoop Casa Shrooms hydrolyzed collagen powder
1 scoop Casa Shrooms Green powder blend
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
Juice of 1/2 lime
Handful of spinach leaves
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Pour the almond milk into a blender.

Lion's Mane Mushroom and Thyme Risotto
Ingredients:
1 cup Arborio rice
1/2 lb Lion's Mane mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth, kept warm
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add Lion's Mane mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
Stir in Arborio rice, ensuring the rice is well-coated with oil.
Pour in the white wine and cook until it's mostly absorbed by the rice.
Begin adding warm vegetable broth one ladle at a time, stirring frequently. Allow each ladle to be absorbed before adding the next.
Continue this process until the rice is creamy and cooked to al dente texture.
Stir in fresh thyme leaves and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with additional thyme and Parmesan if desired.
Lion's Mane Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup Lion's Mane mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for spice level)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat ghee over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook the spices with the onion mixture for 1-2 minutes to release their flavors.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
Once the chicken is browned, add the sliced Lion's Mane mushrooms and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
Pour in the tomato puree and yogurt, stirring well to combine. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Casa Shrooms Chaga Coffee powder
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes
Optional garnish: coconut flakes, cinnamon powder
Instructions:
In a shaker or large glass, combine the Casa Shrooms Chaga Coffee powder, coconut water, coconut milk, and maple syrup or honey.
